Education/ Qualifications
Essential criteria
* Educated to Masters level or equivalent in Perfusion Science
* Accredited by the Society of Clinical Perf of Britain and Ireland.
* Professional Registration with College of Clinical Perfusion Scientists Of Great Britain and Ireland.
* Basic understanding of statistics.
* Evidence of Continual Professional Development.
Desirable criteria
* Evidence of Advanced Training in Perfusion Techniques
* Management qualification
* Leadership qualification.
Knowledge, Training & Experience
Essential criteria
* Masters level knowledge of routine and specialised clinical techniques
* Deliver specialist training to the wider Multi-Disciplinary Team where appropriate
* Knowledge of clinical hazards & emergency procedures
* Up-to-date with latest developments
Desirable criteria
* Evidence of Advanced Training in Perfusion Techniques
* Management qualification
* Leadership qualification
Communication and Interpersonal Skills

* IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power-Point and Access, Hospital and perfusion databases
