We are recruiting for an experienced Team Leader to support the day-to-day running of a residential childrens home. This is a key operational role, working alongside the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager to deliver high-quality, child-centred care and ensure the home operates in line with safeguarding and regulatory standards.

The Team Leader will lead shifts, supervise staff practice, and provide direct support to children and young people. You will help ensure a safe, structured, and nurturing environment that promotes positive outcomes and consistent care.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead shifts and coordinate staffing to ensure safe and consistent care
