Role and Responsibilities As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils in accessing the curriculum and developing key skills. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN Assisting the class teacher with differentiated learning activities Supporting pupils with a range of needs, including behavioural and communication challenges Contributing to a positive and focused classroom environment Tracking pupil progress and providing feedback to staff Supporting pupils social development and emotional wellbeing About You and Experience Required The successful candidate will be reliable, adaptable, and committed to supporting pupils with additional needs.
