Overview
National Account Executive – Private Label role at Müller UK & Ireland (location: Telford, Hybrid). Available on both permanent and 12 month fixed-term contracts.
What You’ll Do
* As a National Account Executive, support the Senior National Account Manager in delivering profitable growth and operational excellence across the account.
* Manage key projects, drive execution, and ensure Müller delivers best-in-class service and innovation to the customer.
* Customer Collaboration: act as a key point of contact for the account and support the SNAM in building strong relationships with the buying team.
* Cross-Functional Leadership: coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Category, Supply Chain, Finance, NPD) to ensure alignment and timely execution of customer plans.
* Performance Analysis: monitor and analyse sales performance, EPOS data, and market trends to identify risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.
* Forecasting & Demand Planning: work with the demand planning team to ensure accurate forecasting and stock availability.
* Commercial Administration: maintain customer systems, manage invoice queries, and ensure accurate data management.
* Project Management: support end-to-end delivery of retailer-specific projects, including new product development (NPD), range changes, and promotional initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
* Strong analytical and numerical skills; comfortable working with data to drive decisions.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
* Project management skills are desirable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
* Experience in FMCG, retail, or private label environments is highly desirable.
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset.
* Full UK driving licence is required.
