We're looking for Mechanical Site Managers to join our Kier Mechanical & Electrical team based on a new project in Weybridge. Are you ready to take your mechanical expertise to the next level? As part of our KME team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective installation of mechanical services across significant projects. Working in a supportive environment that values your contribution, you'll have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills while making a real difference to our high‑profile projects.
Responsibilities
* Take the lead on mechanical installations, ensuring they're safe, compliant with specifications and delivered on time.
* Guide and mentor other supervisors, fostering a collaborative "one team" approach.
* Coordinate with Engineers and Project Managers to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Manage quality control procedures and maintain accurate progress records.
Qualifications
* Strong technical knowledge of mechanical services installation and safety, backed by relevant industry qualifications.
* Hold CSCS and SMSTS accreditation.
* Enjoy nurturing relationships and building connections across teams.
* Passionate about maintaining high quality standards and attention to detail.
