Join a dynamic medical tourism brand focused on delivering high-impact, conversion-driven social media content. This role centers on designing premium visuals that drive real patient inquiries and build trust with our audience. You will be responsible for creating a variety of content, including Instagram carousels, before-and-after showcases, educational posts, short-form video creatives (Reels), campaign visuals for promotions, and trust-building pieces that highlight doctors, clinics, and our process. The initial project involves producing 30–35 content pieces within a short timeframe, with the opportunity for ongoing monthly work—daily posts and 5–6 reels per month. We are seeking a long-term collaborator who understands the nuances of social media design and conversion psychology, and who can consistently deliver high-quality, engaging visuals tailored to the medical and aesthetic sector.
Deliverables
* Design and deliver 30–35 unique social media content pieces for initial launch, including carousels, before/after images, educational posts, and promotional visuals
* Create 5–6 short-form video creatives (Reels) per month, optimized for engagement and conversion
* Develop trust-building content that highlights medical professionals, clinics, and the patient journey
* Collaborate on content strategy and contribute ideas for improving visual impact and conversion rates
* Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a premium, trustworthy aesthetic
* Provide fast, clear communication and meet tight deadlines for content delivery
Requirements
* Proven experience in graphic design for social media, ideally within the medical, aesthetic, or health sectors
* Strong portfolio demonstrating conversion-focused content and premium visual style
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent design tools
* Understanding of social media trends, conversion psychology, and best practices for Instagram and short-form video
* Ability to generate creative ideas and adapt content to maximize engagement and trust
* Excellent communication skills and responsiveness
* Consistency in delivering high-quality work within agreed timelines
* Experience with content planning and collaborating on strategy is a plus
* Availability for ongoing monthly work and openness to a long-term partnership
