This SEND 1:1 Teaching Assistant role offers a long-term, ongoing opportunity starting in June 2026, working afternoons from 12:15 to 3:15. The SEND 1:1 Teaching Assistant will provide calm, reassuring support to a pupil who finds afternoons more challenging and may withdraw when feeling overwhelmed. There is no risk of violence, and the focus of this role is emotional reassurance, gentle encouragement, and helping the pupil remain regulated and supported for the remainder of the school day. This role is ideal for a patient, nurturing Teaching Assistant who understands the importance of low-demand, relationship-based support.
