Residential Conveyancing Paralegal
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a paralegal to join a well-established Residential Conveyancing team based in Edinburgh. This role offers the chance to work within a collaborative and supportive environment, assisting on a broad range of residential property transactions.
As the successful candidate, you will support solicitors with the day-to-day management of conveyancing matters, helping to ensure a high standard of client service throughout the transaction process.
Key Responsibilities

* Assisting with residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion
* Preparing legal documentation and correspondence
* Drafting LBTT returns and registration documentation
* Ordering title documentation and property reports
* Liaising with clients, agents and third parties
* Supporting file management and transaction progression
* Maintaining accurate records and internal systems
* Providing efficient and professional client service

About You
\n
* Previous experience within residential conveyancing in Scotland
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Proactive and professional approach
* Strong team player with a client-focused mindset
* Relevant legal or paralegal qualification preferred, although equivalent experience will also be considered
