Responsibilities
1. Reviewing survey requirements, claim details, and client needs to prepareprehensive project plans.
2. Assessing and evaluating marine-related claims, including cargo, hull, and liability matters.
3. Coordinating all marine marketing activities in collaboration with the marketing team.
4. Exploring opportunities for speaking engagements or sponsorships at global marine industry events to enhance sector visibility.
5. Following up on leads from existing clients and cultivating strong client relationships.
6. Identifying and pursuing new leads to expand the global marine client base.
7. Generating new business through marketing trips and meetings with Insurers, Brokers, and Claims Settling Agents.
8. Producing and maintaining regular operational reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) as required.
9. Monitoring team performance continuously and addressing any resourcing or performance-related issues as needed.
10. Ensuring marine team members have access to relevant academic materials and professional resources to support their development.
11. Collecting and sharing market intelligence across global marine teams.
12. Resolving operational issues on behalf of the local marine team.
13. Maintaining strong connections between local offices and the London market.
