We are currently seeking dedicated Tutors to provide high‑quality support to students across a range of subjects and needs, including both mainstream and SEND learners.
Whether you’ve worked in schools, delivered private tuition, supported 1:1 learning, or run small group sessions, we want to hear from you.
The ideal Tutor will have:
Experience delivering 1:1 or small‑group support
Confidence adapting learning to suit different abilities
A patient, encouraging and engaging approach
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Experience supporting SEND learners (desirable but not essential)
A commitment to helping students grow academically and personally
Formal qualifications are beneficial but not required — experience and the right approach matter most.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Providing tailored support to meet students’ individual needs
Delivering sessions in core subjects or specific intervention areas
Supporting students with SEND where required
Helping learners build confidence, independence and study skills
Working collaboratively with school staff and parents
Creating a positive, supportive learning environment
