Job Description:
As the Head of Adformats and Propositions, you will lead one of our key product lines, currently focusing on Data & Audiences, Adformats & Propositions, and Advanced TV.
* Define the product strategy and lifecycle for your product line.
* Develop new commercial products aligned with the strategy.
* Manage internal and external stakeholders.
* Optimize revenue generation from your products.
* Promote, educate, and consult on your product range.
* Manage a team including a Product Manager.
Your Profile:
* University degree or equivalent.
* 10+ years in media product management or ad tech environments.
* Fluent in English; French and/or German are advantages.
* Strong communication skills for opportunity identification, requirement gathering, and expectation management.
* Good understanding of advertising technology, ad servers, SSPs, and the buyside dynamics.
* Knowledge of product management methodologies and tools.
* Organized, planned, and self-motivated with adaptability to a decentralized, hybrid team setup.
* Creative problem-solving abilities to navigate operational complexities.
