Role: Marketing Assistant

About the RoleWe're looking for a Junior Marketing Assistant to have genuine influence on how our brand is shown and developed in a fast growing, founder-led pet brand. This is an entry-level position, no prior experience is required. It's ideal for a bright and motivated college or university graduate who's keen to get their foot in the door and build a strong foundation in digital marketing.
You'll be focussing on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads, campaign setup, optimisation, and performance tracking. This exciting role offers hands-on experience, exposure to modern marketing tools, and the opportunity to build a marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
* Support with creating, launching, and managing AI-generated Meta ad campaigns
* Assist with testing, optimisation, and organisation of ad assets
* Provide general administrative and marketing support (including email marketing)
What We're Looking For
* Recent graduate (or soon-to-graduate) from a college or university, ideally in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
* Strong interest in digital marketing and paid social advertising
* Comfortable with technology and eager to learn AI-driven tools
* Good written communication skills and attention to detail
* Organised, proactive, and willing to take initiative
* No prior professional marketing experience required
