Job Title: Digital Marketing and Reprographics Lead
Are you a creative, organised, and driven professional ready to shape how a vibrant academy communicates and celebrates success? The Oldham Academy North is seeking a Digital Marketing and Reprographics Lead to play a key role in promoting our ethos, achievements, and opportunities to students, families, and the wider community.
This is a dynamic, hands‑on position combining strategic digital marketing with operational reprographics management. You will lead on the academy’s online presence and branding while ensuring high‑quality print and design services support staff and students across the school.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging digital marketing campaigns across web, email, and social media
* Manage and maintain the academy website and content
* Design creative materials including brochures, newsletters, and event promotions
* Oversee reprographics services, ensuring timely, high‑quality output
* Support whole‑school events and communications strategy
* Monitor performance and continually improve engagement
Pay range: SCP 20-25 – £29,405.07 – £32,802.29 – £32,597.00 – £36,363.00 – 37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year – Permanent
Qualifications and Skills
* GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths
* A relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
* Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media management and content creation
* Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Experience managing websites (e.g., CMS platforms)
* Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
