Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Support Engineer located in Abu Dhabi. The Technical Support Engineer will provide technical expertise, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality customer support. Key responsibilities include diagnosing technical problems, delivering timely solutions, analyzing system performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
* Strong Analytical Skills for diagnosing problems and optimizing system performance
* Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service to provide clear, focused, and empathetic assistance
* Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Relevant degree in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred
* Experience with SD70s is a requirement.
