Are you a skilled biostatistician ready to take the lead on challenging and impactful projects across the EMEA region? Our client, a leading global CRO, is looking for a Lead Biostatistician to join their dynamic and growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is confident in steering the statistical direction of clinical trials. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams, influence study design, and oversee programming and analyses to ensure top-quality outcomes for global studies.
What You’ll Do:
* Lead statistical activities for clinical trials of moderate to high complexity
* Provide expert input on protocols, sample size, and randomisation
* Develop statistical analysis plans and review key study documentation
* Oversee and validate statistical tables, listings, and reports
* Collaborate closely with data management and programming teams
* Ensure project delivery aligns with timelines and budgets
* Serve as a primary point of contact for sponsor communication
What We’re Looking For:
* MSc or PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, Mathematics, or related field
* 2+ years’ experience in clinical trials within CRO or pharmaceutical settings
* Strong SAS programming and statistical expertise
* Exceptional communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
* Highly organised, adaptable, and proactive
