As a Membercare Assistant, you will help create a welcoming health club environment—spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences for every guest.
Responsibilities
* Maintain a spotless environment: perform general and deep cleaning throughout the club to uphold hygiene standards.
* Support an exceptional experience: greet members warmly and provide prompt, professional assistance as needed.
* Manage incident reporting: report lost property, accidents, maintenance needs, and other incidents in a timely manner.
* Comply with regulatory standards: maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well‑being.
