Key Responsibilities: Own and manage a portfolio of customer accounts, with full responsibility for retention, revenue growth and overall customer experience. Lead customer onboarding, launch and ongoing account management activities. Act as the primary point of contact for customers and their internal stakeholders. Take ownership of all customer queries, requests, and issues, proactively troubleshooting and resolving challenges. Develop deep product expertise and strong technical knowledge to effectively support and advise customers. Collaborate with the Customer Success team to design, refine, and execute strategies and processes that advance the department’s performance. About you: Minimum of 2 years B2B experience in Customer Success, Account Management, business development or other related roles. Outstanding people skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal contexts. Passionate about helping customers overcome obstacles by identifying concerns and providing solutions for them. Highly motivated and driven to be part of a growing, successful team.
