Payroll Assistant
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000+ DOE
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 35 hours a week
The Role
An award-winning company are seeking a detail-focused Payroll Assistant to support the smooth running of monthly payrolls and assist with wider reward and benefits activity. This role offers exposure to UK and international payroll processes, pensions, and people data.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with accurate, timely processing of payroll.
Handle payroll queries from employees and external contacts.
Prepare monthly inputs for overseas payrolls.
Produce tax documentation (P60, P11D, etc.).
Support pension submissions and auto-enrolment compliance.
Contribute to salary reviews, bonus processes and benefits administration.
Maintain accurate payroll and people data across systems.
About You
Payroll experience with strong attention to detail.
Organised, able to prioritise and meet deadlines.
Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
Proactive, collaborative team player.
