Location: Blandford House, Stalybridge (100% onsite with occasional travel to other schemes and Accent offices)
Permanent, part time, 26 hours per week, Monday - Friday between 9am and 5pm

About The Role
Our Specialist Housing Partners, including the Independent Living Housing Officer, are key to effective tenancy management. You will work closely with the allocations team to onboard new tenants, supporting their independence and fostering community engagement within schemes.
You will also manage rent accounts, address anti-social behaviour, handle customer complaints, and use legal remedies when necessary to end tenancies legally and efficiently.
This role allows you to make a real difference by helping customers live independently. You will build relationships with stakeholders and community members to create positive moments daily.

Salary
The spot salary is £29,580 per annum for fully qualified candidates. Those who do not meet all requirements will start 5% or 10% below this amount.
About You
You should have experience in housing management, a solid understanding of tenancy management, and ideally, a CIH Level 3 Certificate in Housing or willingness to obtain it. Experience in managing anti-social behaviour, rent collection, and legal frameworks around income recovery is essential. A passion for delivering excellent customer service and achieving positive outcomes is important.
Successful candidates will undergo a DBS check.
Interviews
We aim for a positive candidate experience:
* Stage 1: A 30-minute Microsoft Teams call with the hiring manager, scheduled for 17th July.
* Stage 2: Behavioral and scenario-based interview, scheduled for 25th July.
