What you’ll be doing working with our Employee Benefits team to support our multinational clients with an SME presence in the UK providing employee benefits advice tailored to each client’s needs building and maintaining long-term client relationships through quality service and trusted advice generating new business opportunities, targeting SME clients working collaboratively across the business, drawing on the expertise of colleagues to deliver outstanding outcomes keeping up to date with current legislation, market trends, and products to provide the best possible guidance reviewing existing client arrangements and advising on appropriate changes ensuring all work complies with FCA regulations and internal policies motivating and supporting team members to deliver excellence and embody the Mattioli Woods ethos What we’re looking for minimum three years’ experience in an employee benefits or insurance company strong understanding of employee benefits products and markets proven ability to generate new business and nurture client relationships excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills confident conveying complex information clearly to varied audiences strong IT and numeracy skills proactive, relationship-led approach and natural credibility with clients Why join us?
