A leading European design studio is expanding its London team and seeking a talented Senior Architect / Project Manager to help deliver landmark aviation and infrastructure projects. The role offers a chance to work on complex, high-profile projects while collaborating with international offices across Europe and beyond. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator, strong designer, and experienced project leader — someone who can take a clear design vision through RIBA Stages 2–5 with precision, creativity, and confidence. You’ll play a key role in managing coordination between offices, leading consultant teams, and representing the studio in front of clients and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and delivery of international transport and aviation projects through RIBA Stages 2–4 Coordinate day-to-day project work, balancing design ambition with technical delivery Present confidently to clients, stakeholders, and consultant teams Manage small teams in London, ensuring design intent is maintained through development Lead consultant coordination, ensuring smooth delivery across multiple disciplines Support planning submissions and technical documentation packages Occasionally contribute to early-stage competition and bid work (not a competitions-only role) Skills & Experience 5–7 years of experience post-Part III Strong portfolio of complex, large-scale projects Proven ability to deliver well-designed work through detailed design and planning stages Confident communicator with experience managing clients, consultants, and internal teams Solid design sensibility with strong technical awareness, able to bridge both sides Revit proficiency essential; Rhino and Adobe Suite desirable Must be eligible to work in the UK Benefits You’ll join a supportive and ambitious international team, working within a collaborative culture that values creativity, design excellence, and professional growth.
