EPAM is looking for anAdministrative Assistant to provide efficient and professional administrative support to our growingConsumer & Services Business Unit. This is a vital role that requires strong organizational, communication and multitasking skills. The successful candidate will manage various administrative tasks to support team operations and ensure smooth day-to-day activities.
Responsibilities
* Maintain and manage calendars, scheduling meetings and balancing priorities effectively
* Coordinate travel, including flights, accommodations and itineraries
* Create and reconcile expense reports in line with company policies
* Support onboarding processes to ensure new joiners integrate smoothly
* Serve as a liaison between office professionals and other departments
* Organize and support team events, meetings and conferences
* Prepare and update HR and administrative reports as required
* Ensure compliance with internal processes, policies and procedures
* Support employee engagement initiatives such as wellness programs and team-building activities
* Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve workflows
Requirements
* Degree or equivalent experience in administration, business, or a related field
* Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus
* Proficient in diary management, scheduling and expense reconciliation
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail
* Proactive, flexible and able to handle priorities in a dynamic environment
* Friendly, collaborative and able to build strong relationships
* Independent worker with a commitment to high-quality output
* Resilient, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
