About the Role:

Our insurance arm draws upon impressive global resources and financial strength to tailor each policy to meet the individual needs of our customers. We are seeking an experienced manager handling multinational programs and the carrier networks required to facilitate locally compliant coverage placements around the globe. Everest is expanding our support to multinational customers across the globe, supporting our Underwriting and Claims divisions wherever their customers' business is headquartered. This is a hybrid role that can be based in our Madrid, Paris, or London offices.
Role & Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
* This role serves as the regional network manager for all owned and non-owned carrier partners. This role will also involve collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to implement and coordinate multinational insurance program placements.
* Establishes, develops, and maintains a network of insurance partners including Everest own offices and non-owned third-party partners in the assigned region.
* Serves as the escalation point of assigned network relationships and supports problem solving.
* Collects and validates market intelligence, such as country regulations, market nuances, and partner requirements.
* Adheres to Everest standard Network Governance, such as Network Due Diligence process.
* Manages all service arrangements with external network partners for the assigned region.
* Supports the implementation of an automated Multinational Servicing platform to be used across Everest's multinational service network.
* Accountable for the achievement of service differentiating goals and business performance targets via network partner management.
* Collaborates with internal teams, including underwriting, claims, legal, compliance, and finance, as well as external partners such as brokers, third party network partners, and reinsurers, to coordinate efforts and optimize the delivery of global insurance programs.
* Provides ongoing advice to internal colleagues and clients on multinational insurance solutions, risk management best practices, and regulatory requirements.
* Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, proactively identifying and addressing any potential risks or issues.
* Drives operational excellence and efficiency in the management of multinational insurance programs, leveraging technology, data analytics, and best practices to streamline processes, improve workflows, and enhance service delivery.
Qualifications:
* You hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field; an advanced degree like an MBA is preferred.
* You bring over 5 years of experience in multinational insurance, risk management, or a related field, with a strong track record of managing multinational insurance programs for corporate clients.
* You have a deep understanding of property and casualty insurance products, along with regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
* Your communication and interpersonal skills are excellent, enabling you to build strong relationships.
* You're fluent in multiple languages, which is a strong asset.
* You think strategically and creatively, identifying opportunities and developing solutions that deliver value to both clients and the organization.
* You have an execution mindset, capable of turning vision into actionable plans and initiatives.
