Overview
We are looking for a confident and commercially minded Corporate Account Manager to grow the B2B side of our award‑winning food and drink hamper business.
Responsibilities
* Build relationships with local and national businesses
* Win new corporate accounts and deliver exceptional service to existing customers
* Represent the brand at meetings, networking events and trade shows
* Create tailored gifting proposals and manage corporate orders from quotation to delivery
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure a high‑quality customer experience
* Use insights to shape corporate gifting and NPD strategy for seasonal ranges and more
Qualifications
* Strong relationship‑building and communication skills
* Excellent organisation and commercial awareness
* Passion for customer service
* Experience in food and drink, gifting, retail, or hospitality is an advantage
Working Conditions
* Permanent role, 40 hours per week, 5 days per week
* Primarily based at our warehouse in Bakewell, Derbyshire, with real flexibility on working patterns
* Part‑time applications will also be considered
