We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team, providing exceptional care and support to our youngest learners in the EYFS. This is a full-time position, offering the chance to make a real difference in the lives of children as they take their first steps in their educational journey.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Assist in delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum by supporting children in developing key skills through engaging and creative play-based learning activities.
2. Help maintain an organised, safe, and stimulating classroom environment while supporting the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management.
3. Provide personal care support to young children, encouraging independence with tasks such as hygiene, toileting, and dressing.
4. Monitor and document children's progress, sharing observations with the teacher and parents.
5. Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a nurturing and inclusive environment.
6. Offer tailored support for children with additional needs, ensuring activities are accessible and inclusive.
7. Promote social development by helping children learn skills like sharing, turn-taking, and forming friendships.
8. Ensure children's safety and well-being by adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures.
Requirements:
1. Candidates should ideally have a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent, with experience working in an EYFS setting.
2. A solid understanding of the EYFS curriculum, strong communication skills, and a caring, patient approach are essential.
3. Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively with others are highly valued.
4. An Enhanced DBS clearance on the update service (or willingness for one) and a commitment to safeguarding practices are required.
5. Eligible to work in the UK without any restrictions.
