Are you a strategic thinker with deep paid media expertise and a passion for client success? Our client — a leading independent digital agency in London — is looking for a Digital Account Director / Paid Media Director to lead key accounts and drive performance at the highest level.
#In this position, you’ll be the strategic lead across major client accounts, overseeing paid media strategy, ensuring campaign excellence, and building long-term partnerships. You’ll guide a talented team, shape innovative performance strategies, and play a key role in the agency’s continued growth.
#Lead paid media strategy across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
Manage and mentor a team of account and media specialists
Oversee reporting, insights, and recommendations to support client growth
Collaborate with creative, data, and leadership teams to push boundaries
✅ 5+ years’ experience in paid media, with strong agency-side experience
~ Confident communicator with commercial acumen
#Hybrid working (1-2 days in the London office)
