About The Role This is a job where nature meets great food, beverages and coffee, contributing towards a mission that matters! This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where no two days are the same! From serving food, restocking shelves to serving customers and making coffees, you'll be a key part of creating a welcoming, efficient, and engaging visitor experience – all while helping protect wetlands and wildlife. All profits made by our restaurant go directly towards our vital conservation work worldwide to restore wetlands and unlock their superpower. This is a casual position, therefore, hours are offered and worked on an ad-hoc basis as and when required to include weekends and bank holidays. Typically shifts will be worked in the daytime, although, you may be offered evening shifts occasionally for a special event or function.
