Hays Education are working with a well-established secondary school in Enfield to recruit a dedicated Teacher of Science. The school has a strong focus on inclusion, student progress, and high standards of teaching and learning, offering a supportive environment for both staff and students.
Your new role
You will be teaching Science across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential to teach your specialism at Key Stage 5 depending on experience. You will join a collaborative department, delivering engaging lessons that promote curiosity and achievement in Science.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
2. Experience teaching Science at secondary level (KS3–KS4 essential)
3. Specialism in Biology, Chemistry or Physics (KS5 desirable)
4. Strong classroom management andmunication skills
5. Amitment to raising attainment and supporting student progress
