The successful applicant will:

* Play a key leadership role in managing the school’s finances, HR function and supporting administrative systems.
* Be an appropriate role model as a leader in our school community.
* Have the personal and social skills to communicate clearly and sensitively, establishing and sustaining good relationships with parents, pupils and other staff.
