Customer Support Specialist – 12 Month Fixed term Contract
£26,401 per annum
Your role with us:
The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for helping The Royal Mint to deliver a premium customer experience. As second line support to the Customer Service and Sales teams you will problem solve and support by efficiently resolving complex and in depth enquiries and complaints across the Consumer and 886 portfolio.
We are looking for people who have:
1. Demonstrable experience working within a customer service or support environment handling customer account queries and complaints.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt depending on audience, forum and channel.
3. Strong analytical and numerical skills to support problem solving and reporting
4. Proven experience of driving improvement through systems, processes and technology.
We are looking for people who are:
5. Able to demonstrate understanding of relevant legislation including Data Protection Act, Money Laundering regulations and the Credit Consumer Act.
6. Focused and target driven
7. Methodical, conscientious and organised with a systematic approach to problem solving
8. Effective team players who is comfortable working as part of a team.
