Finance Manager
Cairngorms National Park Authority is hiring a Finance Manager to support its corporate services team in Grantown on Spey. This role suits an experienced finance professional who wants broad responsibility and the chance to lead within a nationally significant organisation.
The role
* Manage financial support services across projects
* Oversee budgeting, cash flow and financial reporting
* Lead payroll and pensions functions
* Maintain financial systems and controls
* Support delivery of major programmes including Cairngorms 2030
* Line manage and support the finance team
* Analyse financial data and present clear reports
Working pattern
35 hours per week, Office based with flexible working options.
What we are looking for
Essential
* Qualified accountant or part qualified with relevant experience
* Strong experience in financial management and reporting
* Experience managing payroll and pensions
* Ability to lead and manage a team
* Strong Excel and data handling skills
* Clear communication and analytical ability
Not essential
* Experience within public sector or environmental organisations
