Responsibilities & Person Specification
* Provide technical support and guidance to technicians.
* Support and develop workshop processes in line with Porsche Service Protocols.
* Maintain high standards throughout the workshop environment.
* Ensure quality control of workshop repairs.
* Enhance workshop productivity by coaching and developing the team and updating them on new Porsche systems.
