As a Senior Talent Sourcing Partner, you'll be a vital member of our dynamic recruiting team, working closely with our business and recruiters to ignite our talent pipeline and shape the future of our organization.
In this role, you will collaborate with dedicated recruiters, understand their needs, and develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates. Your talent market insights will guide our outreach and location strategy. You will leverage various recruiting and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, internal databases, search engines, and networking to proactively build a pipeline of candidates for current and future roles. Your responsibilities include prospecting, engaging potential candidates, conducting initial screenings, and articulating compelling opportunities to convert prospects into enthusiastic candidates. Additionally, you will cultivate and nurture a strong network within the industry, gather market intelligence, and build lasting relationships to give us a competitive advantage.
Key Requirements for success as a Talent Sourcer:
* Talent Sourcing & Research Expertise: Experience in sourcing across the pan-EMEA region, including Europe, Middle East, and Africa, utilizing tools like LinkedIn Talent Insights and Gartner Talent Neuron to analyze talent market trends.
* Effective Communication Skills: Ability to gather information through various channels, including calls and in-person interactions, to identify prospects.
* Exceptional Listening Skills: Ability to actively listen and understand prospect information, translating it into compelling narratives.
* Learning Agility: Ability to quickly learn and apply new information, processes, and market insights.
* Strong Storytelling Abilities: Craft engaging stories from data to attract candidates.
* Trustworthiness and Credibility: Build trust through data-supported stories and claims.
* Strong Organizational Skills: Prioritize projects and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
