We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Band 4 Registered Nursing Associate to join our Burton District Nursing team. This is a part-time, permanent position working 30 hours per week, covering a 7-day service in Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire.

Role Overview
As a Community Nursing Associate, you will deliver high-quality, holistic, and person-centered care across various settings. Working independently under the supervision of registered nurses, you will perform routine clinical tasks, including wound care, medication administration, and clinical observations, ensuring adherence to NMC standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide clinical care such as wound management, continence care, and venepuncture under supervision
* Monitor patient health, record observations, and escalate concerns appropriately
* Contribute to ongoing assessments and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
* Follow legislation, policies, and guidelines to ensure safe practice
