Our client, a well-respected Estate Agency is currently on the lookout for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their close-knit team in Chelmsford.
As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will be offered:

The successful Senior Lettings Negotiator will need:
7. Lettings experience (At least 2 years)
8. Valuing experience ideally
9. Strong proven track record
10. Team player
11. Ambitious and highly driven
12. Clean driving licence
The role of a Senior Lettings Negotiator will involve the following:
13. Drive the business forward by offering excellent customer service
14. Deal with all applicant enquiries via phone and online portals
15. Conducting rental valuations
16. Organise and attend viewings and negotiate all the lets between landlords and tenants.
17. Update landlords on marketing of properties, to keep them fully up to date with the progress
18. Undertake any other reasonable duties as assigned
19. Be compliant with Health and Safety regulations and the principles of the Data Protection Act
20. Calling out new properties
