Management Consultant – Procurement – Capgemini Invent
Capgemini Invent, a global business and technology transformation partner, seeks a Management Consultant in Procurement to join our UK consulting business. Location: London, Glasgow, Manchester (flexible assignments may require travel)

In This Role You Will Be Responsible For
* Designing and delivering transformative procurement solutions for leading companies.
* Collaborating with Capgemini colleagues and clients to understand challenges, develop, and deliver solutions in their businesses.
* Leading multi‑disciplinary teams; ensuring scope, quality, cost, and on‑time delivery aligned with commercial goals.
* Business Development – leading or contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitches, and hosting at events.
Additional Contributions
* Business Development – proposals, bids, client pitches.
* Internal Contribution – campaign development, think‑tanks, whitepapers, practice development, recruitment, and team events.
* Learning & Development – training and certification to support career progression.
Your Profile
* Knowledge of procurement processes and optimisation.
* Experience in procurement transformation and benefits case realisation using digital technologies.
* Ability to deliver sustainability‑driven solutions, including supplier and sub‑tier performance and risk management.
* Proficiency in Source‑to‑Contract, Purchase‑to‑Pay, and invoice processing.
* Understanding of current industry‑leading procurement software and capabilities.
* Experience with supply chain and logistics solution design, resilience, planning, and forecasting using AI, RPA, and machine learning.
* Professional qualification such as CIPS.
Desired Experience
* Work experience in a major consulting firm or industry with a consulting background.
* Proven success in a matrixed organisation and ability to secure support for consulting solutions.
* Experience in proposition building and delivery.
