We are hiring a data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead performance-focused campaigns across paid ads, SEO, social media, email, and app marketing. This role offers full ownership of the marketing function—from strategy and planning to execution, optimization, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement performance-driven digital marketing strategies (paid & organic) aligned with business goals such as traffic, leads, conversions, and ROI.
Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, programmatic, influencer marketing, email, and SEO.
Drive app marketing initiatives, including ASO, paid user acquisition, and retargeting, to boost downloads and retention.
Plan, launch, and scale paid acquisition campaigns across SEM, paid social, display, video, and UAC.
Execute A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bid optimization to maximize ROAS.
Collaborate with creative teams to deliver high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
Monitor KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CAC, LTV, and conversion rates using tools like Google Analytics, AppsFlyer/Branch, and BI platforms.
Analyze performance data to uncover insights, optimize campaigns, and improve ROI.
Automate reporting processes and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
Work closely with product, design, and tech teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Lead and coordinate a team of marketing specialists, including SEO and content professionals, to achieve campaign goals.
Own and manage the entire marketing funnel—from brand awareness to conversion and retention.
Define and manage marketing budgets across all channels to ensure efficient allocation and strong ROI.
Develop and maintain the marketing roadmap and calendar in alignment with company goals and product launches.
Build and grow the marketing team as the company scales, including hiring or managing external agencies.
Ensure cross-channel messaging and brand consistency across all digital and offline efforts.
Report directly to leadership/founder with performance insights, strategic plans, and growth projections.
Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities, tools, and partnerships to expand market reach.
Requirements:
6 + years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid campaigns, SEO, and growth marketing.
Proven ability to independently plan, manage, and scale marketing initiatives from the ground up.
Experience owning marketing budgets and making data-driven decisions in fast-paced environments.
Comfortable switching between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
Strong data analysis skills and experience with performance optimization.
Hands-on experience with ad platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc., and analytics tools like Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, or similar.
Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
Leadership or team-building experience is a plus.
Bonus: Familiarity with offline marketing (OOH, events, retail).
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
