The Regional Commercial Marketer will design and deliver commercially focused marketing activity across an assigned region while owning one national focus area such as social media, digital or pricing communications. Youll blend grassroots activation with multi-channel campaigns to generate high-quality leads and tangible business impact.
Develop and execute regional commercial marketing plans aligned with growth and sales targets
Activate local communities through events, ambassadors, and digital groups to generate qualified leads
Collaborate with Sales and Channel Managers to convert marketing activity into sales performance
Track KPIs and report on campaign performance to inform future strategy
Proven experience in commercial marketing within a sales-driven organisation
Demonstrated success activating local communities and grassroots channels
Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing and lead generation techniques
Analytical skills to interpret performance data and optimise ROI
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft applications ( CRM experience advantageous )
