This dual-role position working across the Communication and Development Team.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality communications activity, including press and PR, multi-channel campaigns, website updates, and creation of marketing materials.
* Maintain strong relationships with media, members, partners, donors and supporters, ensuring consistent, positive engagement.
* Support the administration of the Membership and Corporate Partnership Schemes, including benefits delivery, communications, newsletters and event support.
* Produce accurate reporting and analysis, including show set-ups, sales reports, audience insight, and patron survey data.
* Support fundraising and development activity, including advertising opportunities, donor stewardship, and membership/corporate events.
* Provide occasional box office and administrative support to ensure smooth delivery of patron-facing services.
This role sits within the Patron Experience Directorate and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the Theatre’s relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, while ensuring its continued relevance to the local community. It is an outward-facing position, ideal for someone with the skills and enthusiasm to support the Theatre’s sustainability and growth during a time of economic change and creative development.
