We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a People & Culture Manager to join us and lead the development and implementation of the People Plan supporting business growth. The role focuses on creating a forward-thinking learning environment where employees can develop continuously. You will be the cultural heartbeat of our operations, ensuring our people are supported and set up to thrive. Working alongside the Account Director, you will create a human-centric experience across teams, fostering a culture of belonging, growth, and wellbeing. This role is about shaping a people-first environment that inspires action, unlocks potential, and fosters long-term engagement.


Key Responsibilities

1. Partner with the Account Director to co-create and align people strategies with business objectives.
2. Engage with stakeholders through regular calls and meetings to ensure consistency in support, benefits, and cultural initiatives.
3. Lead Learning & Development: identify skills gaps, design development opportunities, embed learning into daily operations, and support managers in coaching and growth conversations.
4. Foster Culture, Engagement & Inclusion: facilitate initiatives on employment law, EDI, wellbeing, and mental health; lead engagement surveys and analyze data for actionable insights.
5. Support Performance and Progression: facilitate performance management cycles, support succession planning, and identify high-potential talent.
6. Travel occasionally nationwide to support on-site engagement and culture activations.


Qualifications & Skills

* CIPD qualification or relevant experience
* Ability to interpret data and develop strategic HR initiatives
* Strong communication and relationship management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
* Excellent planning and organizational skills


Demonstrable Experience

* Knowledge of people management processes including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
* Experience in fast-paced environments, preferably retail or hospitality
