You will be the cultural heartbeat of our operations, ensuring our people are supported and set up to thrive. Working alongside the Account Director, you will create a human-centric experience across teams, fostering a culture of belonging, growth, and wellbeing. This role is about shaping a people-first environment that inspires action, unlocks potential, and fosters long-term engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partner with the Account Director to co-create and align people strategies with business objectives.
2. Engage with stakeholders through regular calls and meetings to ensure consistency in support, benefits, and cultural initiatives.
3. Lead Learning & Development: identify skills gaps, design development opportunities, embed learning into daily operations, and support managers in coaching and growth conversations.
4. Foster Culture, Engagement & Inclusion: facilitate initiatives on employment law, EDI, wellbeing, and mental health; lead engagement surveys and analyze data for actionable insights.
5. Support Performance and Progression: facilitate performance management cycles, support succession planning, and identify high-potential talent.
6. Travel occasionally nationwide to support on-site engagement and culture activations.
Qualifications & Skills
* CIPD qualification or relevant experience
* Ability to interpret data and develop strategic HR initiatives
* Strong communication and relationship management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
* Excellent planning and organizational skills
Demonstrable Experience
* Knowledge of people management processes including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
* Experience in fast-paced environments, preferably retail or hospitality
