SALARY: £75,000 – £85,000 per annum, depending on experience

About the Role:
This newly created role is central to the next phase of our strategic journey. The Director of Finance and Funding will play a pivotal part in shaping the College’s financial future, working closely with the Group Finance Director and Senior Management Team to ensure financial sustainability and growth. A fully qualified accountant, you will provide both operational and strategic leadership across all aspects of finance, funding and student records, lead the Finance and MIS teams, and deliver clear, forward-looking financial insight and advice to support the College’s ambitions.

The College operates across three main campuses in Stevenage and Hitchin, employing over 650 staff.
