Salary/ Hourly rate: £13.50PH +(Bank holidays paid at an enhanced rate)

We are recruiting for dedicated and committed support workers to work in the Dereham and surrounding areast Area to work alongside our fantastic clients who support younger and older residents with learning disabilities.
THE ROLE
1. To follow instructions and care plans at individual settings
2. Treat Service Users with respect at all times
3. Support individuals with their personal hygiene and appearance
4. Maintain a safe environment for staff and Service Users
5. Encourage the independence and motivation of the Service User
6. Support the Service Users to make informed choices
7. Feedback any necessary information to the person in charge
8. Complete all necessary paperwork
9. Taking Service Users into the community and on day trips when needed
