You will be responsible for ensuring our clients achieve maximum value from our software. This involves onboarding new customers, providing ongoing support, and proactively identifying opportunities for them to optimize their recruitment processes. Key Responsibilities: Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition to our platform. Provide expert guidance and training to users on product features. Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and goals. Proactively monitor client usage to ensure high engagement and satisfaction. Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions. Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for client needs and drive product improvements. Qualifications: Proven experience in a customer success or client-facing role, preferably in SaaS or tech. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to client care. Experience in HR, recruitment, or related fields is a plus.
