The role of Key Account Support Administrator In this role, you will be the operational heartbeat for a high-profile national logistics client, owning scheduling, coordination, and data accuracy so SLAs and compliance land on time, first time. You’ll work at pace, keep stakeholders aligned. What you'll be doing; Client & stakeholder management, serve as the primary client contact, ensuring clear communication and translating client needs into actionable plans for delivery teams. Planning & scheduling, coordinate and track PPMs, reactive works, permits, RAMS, and follow-on actions through to completion. Compliance and portals, maintain H&S/compliance portals and ensure all documentation meets contractual and regulatory standards. Reporting & SLAs, monitor performance metrics and deliver clear, regular reports to clients and internal stakeholders. Continuous improvement, identify scheduling bottlenecks, data defects, and communicate to Contract Manager.
