We are seeking a Partnership and Procurement Officer to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of our College. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance but working closely with senior leaders, this is a unique opportunity to combine commercial acumen with social impact in a vibrant and collaborative environment.
This is a new role where you will:
Assist Leaders to develop strategic partnerships that support innovation, curriculum co-design, and delivery.
Manage the end-to-end procurement process to achieve savings and improve supply chain sustainability.
Negotiate high-value contracts and service-level agreements with integrity and transparency.
Contribute to key strategic goals, including delivering annual savings through smart procurement.
Play an active role in our Climate and Sustainability Transformation Group, helping us lead in green procurement practices.
You'll be a visible ambassador for the organisation, working with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver outcomes that align with our values and strategic objectives.
We're looking for someone who is:
A strong negotiator with a proven track record in procurement and supplier relationship management.
Able to identify new opportunities and turn them into long-term value.
Confident in developing and maintaining mutually beneficial partnerships.
Committed to sustainability and socially responsible procurement practices.
Able to communicate and influence at all levels of the organisation.
Essential:
Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience in procurement and/or partnership development.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and contract negotiation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software.
Willingness to work towards a Carbon Literacy qualification if not already held.
