Your newpany Hays are working with a leading organisation in the infrastructure sector to recruit a BIM Manager. This organisation delivers innovative solutions across major infrastructure projects and ismitted to excellence in digital construction and information management. They play a key role in shaping sustainable and efficient infrastructure, setting industry standards through advanced BIM practices.
Your new role We are looking for a BIM Manager to join the team and support the BIM Programme Manager in coordinating information management across all projects within the Infrastructure Department.Responsibilities:
1. Draft Employer’s Information Requirements (EIRs) and naming conventions.
2. Review BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and monitor information deliverables against project standards.
3. Set up and manage ACC project folders and ensure accurate transfer of deliverables to asset teams.
4. Provide guidance on information management queries and assist with reporting and strategy development.
What you'll need to succeed
A degree or equivalent in a construction-related discipline or civil engineering.Minimum 3 years’ experience implementing BIM processes on large projects in accordance with ISO 19650.Strong understanding of BIM workflows, contractual obligations, and team responsibilities.Excellent decision-making skills and ability to influence teams.UK experience is essential.
Desirable:
Experience with Revit, Navisworks, Solibri, Truview.Power BI reporting skills and COBie data validation experience.Familiarity with clash detection and contractor coordination.
