Responsibilities
* Conduct fire safety risk assessments, fire door inspections and compartmentation surveys in line with the latest regulations
* Produce clear and actionable reports that guide clients towards compliance
* Engage with clients and stakeholders, explaining findings and recommendations with clarity and confidence
* Stay ahead of changes in fire safety legislation and industry best practices, ensuring our advice is always the best available
* Collaborate with team members to enhance our services and share knowledge
* Support the business by working flexibly and responsively from the company’s office or from client sites as required
Qualifications
* A degree or qualification in Fire Engineering or Fire Safety
* Registered with the IFSM (NFRAR), IFE or similar competency scheme
* Experienced within the fire industry
* Proven experience in conducting fire risk assessments, fire door surveys and compartmentation surveys
* Strong understanding of current fire safety regulations and legislation
* Exceptional communication skills – the ability to engage and inform clients with ease
* A proactive, problem‑solving mindset that helps you identify potential hazards swiftly
* A valid driving license, as this role involves visiting various sites
* Enthusiasm for continual learning and professional growth
