Job Title: Payroll Finance Assistant
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Payroll Finance Assistant at our Head Office in Yateley, Hampshire.
Responsibilities include:
1. Ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
2. Managing payroll data, processing payments, and resolving discrepancies.
3. Handling employee-related transactions such as expenses, company car management, P11D compilation and filing, and pension administration.
Requirements:
* Experience in Payroll, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Proven experience in payroll processing and finance operations.
* Strong knowledge of payroll software such as ADP, Cintra, and Sage payroll.
* Understanding of general accounting principles.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with internalising payroll is desirable for future projects.
