The Gig
In this role, you'll focus primarily on driving revenue growth through our existing customer base across the UK, US, and Europe. You'll identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, introduce clients to our full suite of services and products, and build strong relationships that lead to long-term customer satisfaction and business growth. This position combines sales drive with relationship-building skills to create value for both our clients and IDX.
What You'll Be Doing
Relationship Building & Account Management
1. Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, acting as a trusted point of contact
2. Identify and develop new contacts within client organisations to expand IDX's presence and opportunities
3. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify potential opportunities
4. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, coordinating with internal teams as needed
5. Support contract renewal processes and help maintain strong customer retention
Sales & Revenue Expansion
6. Identify and develop opportunities to expand relationships within existing client accounts through thoughtful upsell and cross-sell initiatives
7. Introduce and demonstrate IDX’s services and products in a consultative manner, clearly linking solutions to client priorities
8. Prepare clear, client-focused proposals and presentations that align IDX’s offerings with the clients’ business goals
9. Contribute to revenue growth and retention by delivering value-led account management and achieving agreed commercial objectives
10. Meet and exceed individual sales targets and revenue goals
Collaboration & Execution
11. Work closely with internal teams (Strategy, Design, Product and Webcasting) to deliver solutions that meet client needs
12. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems
13. Track and report on sales performance, pipeline development, and account health
14. Stay informed about digital trends and IDX's evolving service offerings
About You
15. 2-3 years of experience in a sales, account management, or client-sales role
16. Demonstrated ability to build relationships and maintain client satisfaction
17. Proven sales skills with a track record of identifying opportunities and closing deals
18. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence in presenting to clients
19. Self-motivated and target-driven with a hunger to succeed and grow
20. Ability to understand client needs and translate them into appropriate solutions
21. Proficiency with CRM systems (, MS Dynamics, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite
