Damp & Mould Supervisor Location: Kingston Salary: £45,000 + a van & fuel card As the Social Housing Repairs and Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep, safety, and functionality of our social housing properties. You will lead a team of maintenance technicians and oversee all repairs and maintenance tasks particularly damp and mould, ensuring that our tenants receive the best possible service and live in well-maintained properties. Key Responsibilities: Supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. Prioritize and schedule repair and maintenance tasks based on urgency and tenant needs. Inspect properties regularly to identify maintenance and repair requirements. Coordinate and manage contractors for larger repair projects. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
